Hi, everyone!
After my long absence I'm finally back on dA!

Fisrt of all I wanna apologize that I haven't talked to anyone here for about half a year. I'm really sorry and I wanna let you know that I didn't forget you! I promise I will go through all of your messages and deviations as soon as possible! I love ya all and from now on I will be here again!

The reason I haven't been on dA for months is that I had my final exams in schools. Since february I've been busy with learning etc. .. I learned ca. 5 - 7 hours almost every day! I guess you can imagine that I've nearly gone insane in those weeks!
The exams were in april and march; I had five exams: three written tests and two oral examinations. Luckily I have passed all of those with good grades!
Those exams and the huge amount of stuff I had to do for school and at home caused me a lot of work and took almost all my free time .. so I decided to take a break from dA till I finished school. Yesterday was the leave-taking in my school, so now it's finally over. It's a lil strange to think that I'll never go back there, but that's how life goes .. fortunately I have a lot of time now for you guys again! ^^

After school I'm gonna study political science in Berlin. I wanna be a politician .. yeah, I know what you're thinking now! But I really ain't one of those bad politicians, I'm a good lil one that wants to achieve real democracy and an ecological new system that doesn't exploit nature as the current one does. I know it's gonna be a lot of hard work, but I love to give my life for a better future. Without a change, which is absolutely necessary as we see (financial crisis etc.) life's gonna get a lot worse. I wanna do my part to save this world and give everyone a fair chance in life. I hope I'll have your support for this dream!


So, that's about what I wanted to tell ya ..

Well, that's kinda what I had.

I got some very nice presents, like two super cute pink pajamas! X3 I got two nice books about the old temples in Vietnam/Cambodia (like Angkor Wat) and I truly luv it!
Hope you guys got lotsa stuff that made ya happy!

My wishes again to all who had a hard time before Christmas. I hope you could still enjoy it. My heart is with you and all who aren't as lucky as most of us.



Good news about my dad! His eye got much better already. Its healing quite fast now and he'll probably won't have to get more operations too soon. But at least one operation needs to be next year. I really hope it'll be over with this sh*t then.

Unfortunately my grandma had a very hard time this Christmas. Well, it was the first Christmas without grandpa now, ya know. They were married for 53 years, I guess you can imagine how much she misses her husband. I tried my best to cheer her up, but nothing helped. She told me she always wanted to die with him and that he promised to never leave her alone. .. it's hard to see her suffer that much. I dunno what to do now ..


Anyways, I hope you and your family are alright and had a nice time.

.. said my dad a few days ago.

It's pretty bad with his eye as I already told you. Now it even got worse as the eye got sore and my dad had to go to hospital again today. At least he spend only 6 hours there ... But now he has to go to the doc everyday to get eye drops and has to go hospital again this weekend to get another injection. I guess you can imagine he's pretty pissed now. I try my best to help him wherever I can. I give him the "normal" eye drops he has at home and stuff.
Unfortunately the eye isn't in such a state that it could recover quickly. Since the docs cut off a lot of the retina my dad won't ever see as good on that eye as before. If the eye doesn't get better after the next operation in some months, which my dad highly doubts by now, he said the docs can cut the eye out. Otherwise it'll only get sore again and would cause more pain.

.. I tell ya guys this sux so much. If you could see the eye you could imagine what it feels like. The eye is all red, like a tomato, and the cuts are even clearly visible. The iris on the right eye, which was dark brown before, is grey-green now. It looks really horrible.
I'm trying to stay optimistic, but it's getting harder everyday. I dun think his eye will ever get better, it just looks too worn. Well, guess we can only wait and hope for the best.

Well, lets talk about some other stuff ..
Lately I read quite a lot about the cast of the Avatar movie. Seems like most of the fans are pretty pissed, cause the cast is .. well, a bit shitty.

The thing people complained most about is that the cast has not even one Asian actor. Some even called that "totally racist". I think that's a lil too harsh, but a little truth is definitely in there. The producers obviously didn't want to have Asian actors, cause those simply don't sell as good in the US. So, it's not a matter of race for them, but a matter of money. Still the matter of what actor sells better is, in this case, pretty racist. Cause not being liked as an actor just because you're Asian is completely racist. The producers, so to say, just followed the kinda racist mainstream. I know it's very sad to see that Asian actors won't even be chosen for a completely asian-styled show/movie, but we can't change it.
I also would like Asian actors for this A LOT more. It would fit the whole style and culture in the show/movie much better, cause it is based on eastern asian cultures. Whites would just look weird in such an asian-looking world. Just look at pics where whites wear typical asian clothing! Don't they look totally weird in those? Same as an Asian would look pretty strange in a cowboy costume! Those clothes just dun fit if the people who wear them are from totally different cultural appearance.
Another example: Imagine an only Asian LotR cast!!! LotR has a totally medieval middle-european world and if there were only Asians for the roles that would look totally strange. Now it's exactly the same with the Avatar movie. Whites just dun fit the culture in Avatar, cause that culture is eastern asian.

To talk about the cast in specific: I guess Noah Ringer will be ok, since he has already trained martial arts, which is very important for the movie!
But this also is exactly the point why I dun like Jesse McCartney as Zuko. He obviuosly has no martial arts experience, whick he needs to be a good Zuko! I heard that he was quite good in a 'Law and Order' episode, but as said, I dun think he will do good as a fighter.
Jack Rathbone and Nicola Peltz look ok, though they are like the whitest people I've ever seen. But hey, there's always make-up.
I still doubt that movie will be as good as the show, but I guess that movie will be better than expected.

Hi, everyone!^^

So, my dad is back home now after spending one and a half weeks in hospital. Two operations and he still can't see anything on his right eye. It's probably never gonna get better again, the docs cut too much off of the retina already. We just hope the left eye will stay ok, otherwise .. well, ya kno. But my dad's quite fine now and in a pretty good mood despite the bad news. He's just happy about being home again, the hospital sucked big time.

I'll have to get that talk-stuff over now with him, as you remember. I'll let you know when I'm done with it.

I haven't heard any news about my cousin yet. Hope he's ok.
That also reminds me of the many bad news I heard from friends around here. I really hope you're alright! Good luck for all of you!

Some good news now: my aunt had her last chemo therapy and she's already feeling better! I'm so happy she's recovering now and really hope that'll never happen again! Looks like it's gonna be a happy end!

I'm very happy about having my dad back home. But I know it'll still be some hard work to get everything I have planned over the last weeks done. I'll try to be optimistic.

Hi, guys.

Yepp, I'm all alone right now sitting here writing my journal.

My dad's in hospital now since Wednesday. Remember I told you he had retinal detachment on his right eye? Well, he was operated due to this the fourth time now on thursday, but it still didn't get any better. In fact, it got worse and he has to be operated again tomorrow.
He was supposed to come home today, but in the morning he called us and said he has to stay another week. I hope I can visit him in two days, the way to the hospital takes pretty long and I have school till late midday. This all sux so much ..

My aunt isn't doing any better. Since some weeks her chemo therapy is causing her much pain and she got bad stomatitis. Due to that she couldn't eat aynthing but supper for weeks. She lost much weight and got ill pretty often. It got a lil better now, but she has to have another therapy next week, which will probably cause all this shit again! I'm so worried about her, she has always been like a mother to me since my "mum" left us when I was just born.

We got some bad news from our relatives a few days ago. A second cousin of mine has a tumor in his head. It couldn't be removed completely and the therapies will probably cause a lot of brain damage when they're done wrong. I dun know this cousin so well, but his dad, my uncle Norbert who I like a lot. He and his wife are so friggin worried now.


Oh damn, this all sux so much!!! I wish I could go to bed and wake up tomorrow with all this shit being over! Well, I guess I'll just have to stay this through ..
I wanna let all of you who have a hard time right now know that I really feel with ya! I hope all will get better soon and we can have a nice xmas without any worries. Bye!
